YieldLens is a product of Genesis1011, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how subscription cancellations, refunds, and related billing matters are handled for the YieldLens platform ("the Service").
1. Free Trial
YieldLens offers a 14-day free trial for new subscribers. During the trial period, you have full access to premium features at no charge. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be billed. If you do not cancel before the trial period expires, your selected subscription plan will automatically begin and your payment method on file will be charged.
2. How to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Profile settings within the YieldLens platform or by contacting us at support@yieldlens.app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain access to premium features until that date.
3. No Partial Refunds
All subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected). Because access continues through the end of the paid billing period, we do not offer partial or prorated refunds for unused time remaining in a billing cycle.
4. Refund Exceptions
Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis under the following circumstances: you were charged after a failed cancellation attempt due to a technical error on our end, you were billed more than once for the same billing period, or you experienced a significant, documented service outage that prevented access during a substantial portion of your billing period. To request a refund, contact us at support@yieldlens.app within 14 days of the charge in question. We will review each request and respond within 5 business days.
5. Downgrading Your Plan
If you switch from a higher-tier plan to a lower-tier plan, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You will continue to have access to your current plan's features until the end of the current billing period.
6. Account Access After Cancellation
After your subscription ends, access to your account will be suspended. Your portfolio data and transaction history will remain intact so that you may resubscribe at any time to restore access. If you wish to remove your data, please reset your account before the end of your subscription or contact us at support@yieldlens.app.
7. Annual Subscriptions
If you are on an annual plan, cancellation will take effect at the end of the current annual billing period. Annual subscriptions are not eligible for partial refunds except as described in Section 4 above.
8. Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we will attempt to process the charge again in accordance with our payment processor's retry schedule. If payment cannot be collected after multiple attempts, your subscription may be paused or canceled. We will notify you by email before any changes to your account status.
9. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
